Baking and cake decoration has long been a passion of mine and I love making people’s cake dreams come true. Inspiration for cake designs come to me from all areas in my life – my children (their story books and their imaginations), my garden (flowers and nature) and my extensive background in art and design. I specialise in creating edible works of art for very special occasions.
From concept right through to delivery, I ensure the very best in quality, creativity and of course they have to taste delicious too. I’m a firm believer of good honest food and am passionate about the quality of the ingredients I use. I only use free range eggs, Green & Blacks organic cocoa and other carefully chosen ingredients. Organic, Gluten Free and Dairy Free cakes are available upon request. My kitchen has been awarded 5 stars for hygiene by Elmbrdge council. I have up to date Food Safety certificates and Public Liability Insurance.
Many of my cakes and bakes contain: Gluten, Eggs and Dairy. Please note that I cook with peanuts, nuts and a number of other food allergens in my kitchen and therefore my produce is not suitable for those with allergies.
